A typical dish for any time of the year.

In a pressure cooker, brown two cloves of garlic and remove.

Add all the ingredients and cover generously with water.

Vegetables can be placed in a special bag for vegetables or chickpeas for easy removal.

Close the pressure cooker and put it on high heat until it reaches pressure (each cooker uses a different system to know this). At this point, reduce the heat to medium-low and leave to cook for about 30 minutes, although this will depend on the type of pot.

They can also be made in a traditional casserole or pot. In this case it would be advisable to soak the lentils the night before.

When done, remove the vegetables and pass them through a potato masher or blender.

Add to the stew and let it all integrate for about ten minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time.
