Our R&D&i department has always strived to produce products with cleaner labels and more natural ingredients.

Nowadays it is possible to consume sausages without gluten, lactose, additives or allergens… For those looking for less fat with vegetable proteins, we created Chorizo with Quinoa and for those looking for a more exotic flavour with less salt content, Chorizo with Kombu seaweed.
