SOURCE OF PROTEIN
Made with the same ingredients as chorizo, the paprika is replaced by other spices, including pepper. Hence its less red colour and very characteristic flavour. The meat is sometimes finely minced.

Ortiz Extra Salchichón is made with the best pork meat to obtain a very juicy and tasty product.
CONSUMPTION
A product that delights those who try it. The one made in Spain is the most famous, but there are similar products in other countries. Excellent in a sandwich or as a tapa with a little country bread.

Pork, salt, dextrin, LACTOSE, sugar, dextrose, powdered MILK, MILK protein, spices, meat flavouring, stabilisers (E-450, E-451), antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-250, E-252), colouring (E-120). Surface treatment: preservatives (E-235, E-202).
