  • 8 quail eggs
  • 8 red pepper strips
  • 8 slices of bread

Lightly toast the bread slices.

In a frying pan, fry the red peppers with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

In the same frying pan, briefly fry the slices of chorizo sausage in a frying pan.

Then fry the quail eggs.
