Cook or blanch the Embutidos Ortiz Chorizo Barbacoa for 15 minutes in plenty of white wine.

TIP
The chorizo can be sautéed briefly in two tablespoons of virgin olive oil and a dessert spoon of hot paprika can be added before cooking.
