A simple way for the little ones in the house to eat vegetables almost without realising it.

In a frying pan with a drop of oil, grill the sliced squash and the chistorra sausage cut in half.

In another frying pan or on a griddle with a pinch of butter, brown the sliced bread on both sides.

Spread the sliced bread with herbed cheese, place a thin slice of chistorra and a thin slice of courgette.

Cover with another loaf and serve immediately cut into triangles.
