ELABORATION

Chorizo Extra Pamplona Ortiz is made in a similar way to chorizo but the fat and meat appear more homogeneous, creating a milder flavour. No artificial colourings and no allergens.

CONSUMPTION

It has been the star of countless school sandwiches and continues to be the favourite snack of the youngest children.
